By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website.

The materials on ACCEL’s website are provided “as is.” ACCEL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violations of rights. Further, ACCEL does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

Billing

Payments on ACCEL are processed using secure and verified payment gateways, with no sensitive financial information input directly through our website. The secure method of accepting payments uses 256-bit SSL encryption.
1.        Payment Processing Entities: Payments will be processed by STRIPE.
2.        Agreement: By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that you clearly understand what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via your credit card, debit card, or other payment institution. You also confirm you have the authorization to use the payment method you provide.
3.        Fraudulent Disputes: In the event of a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, ACCEL reserves the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes delivered, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address. We will also submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider. Users acknowledge that chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be initiated without first contacting our support team to resolve any issues.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on ACCEL’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ACCEL does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ACCEL may make changes to the materials on its website at any time without notice. However, ACCEL does not make any commitment to update these materials.

1.        ACCEL is not affiliated with any social networks and websites listed on this website or third-party partners in any way.
2.        It is your sole responsibility to comply with any social networks and websites rules and any applicable legislation. You use ACCEL at your own risk.
3.        We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, including if your social networks and websites accountsare banned for any reason.
4.        We require your social networks and websites username/link to obtain the required information for the API.
5.        While we cannot guarantee the exact number of followers, likes, or views you will receive, we do our utmost to meet your expectations. If your services are not fully delivered, contact our support team, and we will make it right.
6.        We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of our services.
7.        It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure their social networks accounts are set to “public” (and that they do not change their usernames) while using ACCEL. Any service downtime caused by a client switching to “private” or changing their username does not entitle the client to a refund for that period.
8.        By purchasing our service, you affirm that you clearly understand what you are buying and agree not to file a fraudulent dispute via your payment processor. Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from using our services, and we may remove any services previously provided.
9.        We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or any part of our service or its content without notice and without incurring liability.
10.      It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
