Define the conversation
Choose the supported questions, actions and human fallback.
AI voice agents and business receptionists / Work performed with AI
For companies / Project scope agreed togetherAI voice-agent development for companies that want to handle a defined set of business calls more consistently. We design the conversation, connect approved knowledge and supported tools, and test the handoff to your team. A focused pilot confirms voice quality, integration behaviour and operating costs before a wider release.
Work performed with AI. Facts, creative decisions and any live activation follow the agreed review and approval process.
A voice agent combines speech recognition, a conversation model, synthetic speech and business-system connections. It can help with routine questions, enquiry details and supported booking tasks, but it needs a defined knowledge source and a reliable fallback. We scope the phone setup, permitted actions, languages and operating owner before development. A service proposal is not evidence that a live telephone agent has already been connected.
Choose the supported questions, actions and human fallback.
Use approved knowledge, telephony and scoped business integrations.
Test real audio conditions, costs and operational handoffs.
AI-assisted work / Clear responsibilities
The deliverables are scoped around your business. AI prepares and checks the work; named owners review facts, decisions and any live activation.
10 service areas / Agree the work you need
Choose a focused first workflow or a connected implementation. Quantities, access, integrations, responsibilities and acceptance checks belong in the proposal.
Choose a realistic first task for the agent.
A call-workflow specification and pilot acceptance scenarios.
Scope & requirements
The initial scope names specific call types; handling every possible caller request is not promised.
Make the next turn understandable to the caller.
A reviewable conversation flow and prompt configuration.
Scope & requirements
The client approves the business wording and the way the automated service introduces itself.
Give the agent a source it can rely on.
A controlled knowledge set and an update procedure.
Scope & requirements
Sensitive or account-specific information requires a separately defined identity and access workflow.
Confirm the call path before promising deployment.
A telephony plan and scoped integration configuration.
Scope & requirements
Provider availability, numbers, account permissions and recurring charges are external dependencies.
Collect the useful facts without inventing answers.
A tested enquiry flow and field-mapping specification.
Scope & requirements
Qualification rules are supplied by the business; high-impact eligibility decisions are not delegated to this receptionist scope.
Connect a conversation to a reliable availability source.
An agreed booking workflow and synthetic test evidence.
Scope & requirements
A direct booking action requires authorised access and reliable availability; a request is not represented as a confirmed booking.
Make uncertainty lead to a useful next step.
A handoff matrix and tested fallback scenarios.
Scope & requirements
A successful routing setup does not imply a staffed round-the-clock human service.
Keep the conversation attached to the right workflow.
An integration register and reviewable call-to-system actions.
Scope & requirements
Payments, refunds and sensitive account changes are outside the default voice-receptionist scope.
Test the agent beyond a clean written transcript.
An evaluation record, known-limitations list and improvement backlog.
Scope & requirements
Language quality depends on the selected models and real conditions; native review and live pilot coverage are agreed separately.
Give the deployed workflow an operating owner.
An operating guide and a transparent usage and maintenance model.
Scope & requirements
Monitoring frequency, retention settings and response windows are specified; unlimited uptime or support is not promised.
These scenarios explain a possible scope. They are illustrations, not client cases, deployed features or performance results.
Illustrative scenario
A caller asks an approved service question, leaves an enquiry and is routed to the right human team when needed.
The business confirms the script, required details, operating hours and transfer destinations.
Illustrative scenario
The agent checks a supported availability source or prepares a request for staff confirmation.
The scope makes clear whether the action creates a confirmed booking or a request awaiting approval.
Illustrative scenario
A small set of call types is tested before connecting a wider customer-facing number.
The team reviews audio quality, failure states, usage costs and the decision to expand coverage.
A defined scope / A quote in USD
A general service page is not a fixed-price package. We agree the deliverables, dependencies, review allowance and recurring costs before a commitment.
Voice-agent scope depends on call types, telephony, languages, knowledge, integrations, identity requirements and evaluation depth. Live service starts with an approved pilot; outbound campaigns and specialist regulated workflows require their own assessment. The proposal separates the ACCEL service fee in USD from platform subscriptions, usage, media spend and other third-party costs. Deliverable quantities, revision rounds, responsibilities and operating windows are agreed before work begins.
AI helps with research, production and testing. The scope defines your approvals, permitted access and the criteria used to review delivery.
Agree supported questions, actions, languages, providers and human ownership.
Use AI to create the conversation, knowledge and scoped integrations.
Test audio conditions, fallback, costs and the exact live-routing plan.
Release only after approval and maintain the agreed knowledge and review cadence.
A useful voice pilot checks the conversation, business action, human fallback and cost under the agreed conditions.
Supported scenarios and languages · audio-test conditions · answer and action checks · transfer and failure evidence · usage-cost assumptions · known limitations · operating ownership. A clean transcript alone does not demonstrate good performance on real calls.
A practical starting point
Start with your business task and the information you are entitled to share. Access is requested only when the agreed implementation needs it.
Common call reasons, approved business information and sample scenarios without unnecessary personal details.
Your desired number or phone provider, account owner and transfer destinations.
Calendar, CRM or helpdesk requirements and the actions the agent may perform.
Languages, operating hours, usage expectations and a named pilot approver.
Before you start
A service is scoped around a company process, supported tools and a reviewable result.
A scoped agent can answer approved questions, collect enquiry details, support an authorised booking workflow and transfer a conversation to a human. We define the supported call types and fallback before building the pilot.
The underlying knowledge and business actions may overlap, but telephone conversations add speech recognition, voice output, interruptions, routing and telephony costs. A voice implementation needs its own audio testing and operating plan.
We agree a clear automated introduction and an honest description of its role. The service is designed to help with a defined task and provide a human handoff, rather than inventing a staff identity or unsupported authority.
We first check the provider, account permissions, routing and supported connection options. A number or phone system being in use does not itself establish compatibility. The integration route is confirmed during discovery.
Supported APIs can be connected for explicitly authorised actions. We define confirmation, time-zone handling, duplicates and failures. A booking request is kept distinct from a confirmed reservation, and records use the agreed field mapping.
The pilot identifies the languages, selected models and audio conditions to evaluate. We test names, numbers, interruptions and relevant background conditions. Quality is assessed for that scope rather than promised equally across every language and caller.
It should ask for clarification or follow the agreed transfer, callback or message route. The plan names a human owner and what happens if the destination or a connected system is unavailable.
We quote development and maintenance in USD for the defined workflow and integrations. Telephony, model, voice and other platform usage are separate lines. The pilot should establish an understandable cost model before the service is expanded.
Primary references used for the service boundaries. Integration availability and policy are checked again for the agreed implementation.
An example of documented voice and telephony tooling; provider and account compatibility are confirmed for the pilot.
AI voice agents & receptionists / Start with a clear brief
Describe the workflow and the people it should help. We use that context to define a useful first scope and a USD quote.
Your brief is sent to ACCEL for review. Scope, price and the authorised start are agreed separately; no payment or subscription is created.
