Paid search and social advertising / Work performed with AI

For companies / Project scope agreed together

Paid advertising. A controlled budget.

Paid advertising services for companies that need a structured campaign, useful creative and an understandable record of spend and outcomes. AI assists with research, campaign preparation, analysis and iteration. We agree the channels, budget controls, access and launch approval before any media is purchased.

Work performed with AI. Facts, creative decisions and any live activation follow the agreed review and approval process.

Connect the message, the page and the measurement.

Paid media creates a controlled route from an advertisement to an offer. A useful programme combines a relevant audience, accurate creative, a working destination and reliable conversion definitions. We can scope a new campaign, an existing-account audit or ongoing management. Advertising spend is separate from ACCEL’s service fee, and platform approval or a particular commercial return is never assumed.

01

AI-assisted work / Clear responsibilities

What AI handles.
What your team approves.

The deliverables are scoped around your business. AI prepares and checks the work; named owners review facts, decisions and any live activation.

Production and evidence

The work of AI

  • Research intent and audience context, then draft campaign structures and exclusions.
  • Produce ad copy, creative variations, landing-page changes and repeatable tracking checks.
  • Analyse authorised account exports and recommend changes with a recorded rationale.
Business decisions and release

Your approval and ownership

  • The client approves offers, factual claims, account connections, audiences and creative.
  • A named owner authorises campaign activation, media budgets and any change outside the agreed operating limits.
  • Platform review and account eligibility remain external dependencies; we do not claim agency certifications or platform partnerships.

do for your business.

  • Review the selected account structure, targeting, creative and destination pages.
  • Inspect available spend and conversion data, identifying missing measurement and wasted effort.
What you receive

An account findings register and prioritised action plan.

Scope & requirements
Read-only access may be sufficient for an audit; management and billing access are not assumed.

02

Channel, offer and audience strategy

Choose a campaign that fits the business task.

  • Compare the suitability of search, paid social or another agreed channel for the offer.
  • Define the audience, markets, campaign objective and a clear first conversion action.

Scope & requirements
Channel availability, account eligibility and the business category are checked before implementation.

04

Paid social campaign preparation

Match a useful message to a defined audience.

  • Prepare the agreed targeting approach, placements and creative variations.
  • Document exclusions, destination links and the conversion event used for optimisation.
What you receive

A paid-social build sheet and reviewable creative set.

Scope & requirements
Platform audience options and permissions determine what is available; private personal data is not assumed.

05

AI-assisted advertising copy and creative

Give each variation a specific message.

  • Draft headlines, descriptions, scripts and visual concepts using approved product facts.
  • Adapt the agreed asset batch to platform dimensions and review it for consistency.
What you receive

Editable ad copy and an agreed set of production-ready creative files.

Keep the promise of the advertisement on the destination page.

  • Review whether the destination explains the advertised offer and the next action.
  • Prepare scoped copy, layout or form changes and the campaign link parameters.
What you receive

A landing-page brief or agreed implementation batch.

Scope & requirements
Large website changes are a separate development scope; the service does not bypass checkout or platform restrictions.

07

Conversion definitions and tracking checks

Know what a reported result means.

  • Map approved conversion events and compare account, site and CRM definitions.
  • Test the agreed event path for missing, duplicate or incorrectly attributed signals.

Launch review and budget controls

Make activation a deliberate, reviewable step.

  • Prepare a launch checklist for assets, targeting, dates, links and spend limits.
  • Record the exact configuration approved for activation and the responsible account owner.
What you receive

An approved launch sheet and documented operating boundaries.

Scope & requirements
No live activation or budget increase occurs from this page; production actions follow the agreed approval rules.

09

Campaign monitoring and optimisation

Use available evidence to prioritise changes.

  • Review search terms, placements, creative response and agreed outcome measures.
  • Propose or apply permitted changes within the contracted cadence and budget boundaries.
What you receive

A campaign change log and prioritised next-action queue.

Scope & requirements
Response windows and change allowances are explicit; continuous unattended budget control is not implied.

10

Spend, outcomes and business reporting

Keep media cost and business value understandable.

  • Reconcile spend, clicks, defined conversions and available qualified-lead or sales data.
  • Explain attribution windows, incomplete evidence and the rationale for the next campaign batch.
What you receive

A dated performance report with source definitions and limitations.

Scope & requirements
Revenue attribution is not a guarantee of incrementality, profit or future return on ad spend.

PPC and paid social scope depends on platforms, markets, account complexity, campaign count, creative volume and measurement requirements. Media spend is always a separate client budget, not an included volume of traffic or sales. The proposal separates the ACCEL service fee in USD from platform subscriptions, usage, media spend and other third-party costs. Deliverable quantities, revision rounds, responsibilities and operating windows are agreed before work begins.

From a useful brief
to reviewed work.

AI helps with research, production and testing. The scope defines your approvals, permitted access and the criteria used to review delivery.

  1. 01

    Agree the campaign

Define the offer, channels, markets, conversion event and media budget.

  2. 02

    Prepare with AI

Build the reviewed campaign structure, creative and destination changes.

  3. 03

    Check and approve

Test the path, resolve dependencies and approve the activation configuration.

  4. 04

    Monitor and report

Operate within the agreed limits and explain what the evidence supports.

Follow the spend.
Understand the outcome.

Media cost, clicks, conversions and qualified business outcomes are separate measures.

What the handover or report should show

Client-approved budget and campaign version · completed work · media spend · conversion definitions and attribution windows · available lead or sales quality · changes and next priorities. Platform reporting is reconciled where suitable source data exists.

Your product or service facts, market, offer and restrictions affecting the campaign.

  2. 02

Owned advertising accounts and authorised access to relevant historical data.

  3. 03

Landing pages, brand assets and an agreed definition of a useful conversion.

  4. 04

A budget owner, launch approver and response expectations for campaign reviews.

Before you start

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

A service is scoped around a company process, supported tools and a reviewable result.

Which advertising channels are included?

The proposal names the channels, such as Google Ads or supported social advertising platforms. We confirm account eligibility, access and feature availability before committing to a build; every network is not automatically included.

What does AI do in campaign management?

AI supports research, ad and creative production, campaign preparation, data analysis and repeatable checks. Account owners approve commercial facts and operating rules. Live spend remains within the explicitly agreed controls.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

No. The ACCEL service fee and the client’s media budget are separate. Platform, creative-production and other usage charges are identified in the quote where applicable, so a management price is not mistaken for an all-inclusive advertising budget.

Can you guarantee sales or a return on ad spend?

No. Auctions, the offer, audience response, tracking and the sales process affect outcomes. We deliver the agreed campaign work and report available results without promising a fixed acquisition cost, sales volume or profit.

Can you audit an existing advertising account?

Yes. An audit can review a defined set of campaigns, creative, landing pages and measurement. It can be performed as a separate engagement without assuming permission to launch, spend or modify the account.

Can you create the ads and landing pages?

The scoped asset batch can include copy, visual concepts, finished formats and supported page changes. A larger website rebuild, specialist production or additional language batch is separately defined and quoted.

Who approves launch and budget changes?

The client names an authorised owner and approves the initial configuration, budget and permitted adjustments. Changes outside those limits require further approval. This local service page is not connected to an ad account.

What will the report show?

The report separates completed work, media spend, available campaign metrics and business outcomes. It records conversion definitions, source windows and important limitations rather than presenting clicks or attributed revenue as a guaranteed business result.
