Custom CRM development / Built with AI

For companies / Project scope agreed together

Your customer process. Your CRM.

Custom CRM development for companies that need a clear view of customers, sales and service work. We use AI to design and build a system around your process — from lead capture and tasks to integrations, permissions and useful reporting.

Developed with AI. Reviewed by ACCEL and your team. Connections and live launch follow the agreed approval process.

One connected view of the work.

A CRM is more than a contact list. It connects customer information, ownership, activity and the next action. We can scope a new custom system, extend an existing CRM or connect the tools you already use. Discovery determines which route is useful before development begins.

01

Fit the process

Start with the teams, stages, required fields and decisions your company actually uses.

02

Keep information connected

Define the customer model, source of each field and the integrations that maintain it.

03

Make work reviewable

Test permissions, workflows, imports and reports against agreed examples before launch.

12 service areas / Agree the work you need

What we can
develop and deliver.

Choose a focused first workflow or a connected implementation. Quantities, access, integrations, responsibilities and acceptance checks belong in the proposal.

01

Process audit and CRM specification

Understand the work before modelling the data.

  • Map lead sources, sales stages, service processes and handoffs between teams.
  • Identify required views, business rules, reports and acceptance scenarios.
What you receive

A process map, requirements backlog and phased implementation plan.

Scope & requirements
Discovery also evaluates whether custom development or configuring an existing product is the better fit.

02

Companies, contacts and customer history

Give records a clear structure.

  • Define organisations, contacts, relationships, required fields and ownership.
  • Design searchable profiles, activity history and agreed document references.
What you receive

A customer data model, record layouts and field dictionary.

Scope & requirements
Record volumes, sensitive fields, retention and document storage are explicitly scoped.

03

Sales pipelines and deal management

Make the next sales step visible.

  • Build the agreed stages, deal fields, owners, tasks and stage-entry rules.
  • Create list, board and detail views that reflect your sales process.
What you receive

Configured pipelines and tested deal workflows.

Scope & requirements
A pipeline organises work; it does not guarantee conversion or make a forecast correct.

04

Forms, enquiries and lead intake

Keep requests from getting lost between tools.

  • Develop approved web forms, internal entry screens or supported lead-source connections.
  • Validate incoming fields, identify likely duplicates and route the request.
What you receive

An intake flow with source mapping and success/error states.

Scope & requirements
Consent, required fields and any marketing follow-up rules are agreed; unrelated contacts are not collected.

05

Tasks, reminders and workflow rules

Turn a record into an action.

  • Create task assignment, due dates, reminders, status changes and agreed approval steps.
  • Handle retries, duplicate triggers and escalation where a process cannot continue.
What you receive

A workflow catalogue, rule definitions and test evidence.

Scope & requirements
Notification channels, working windows and external service costs are included only when specified.

06

Customer service and project handover

Connect sales to delivery.

  • Scope tickets, onboarding, requests, milestones or post-sale service queues.
  • Keep a visible handover between account owners, delivery and support.
What you receive

Service or project workflows tied to the agreed customer records.

Scope & requirements
Project management, inventory, accounting and full ERP functions are separate modules unless explicitly included.

07

Business systems and APIs

Choose a source of truth for each field.

  • Connect authorised website, chatbot, calendar, email, support or business-system APIs.
  • Define field mapping, sync direction, permissions and conflict handling.
What you receive

An integration register and tested sync or action flows.

Scope & requirements
Official API coverage, access, usage charges and third-party restrictions determine what can be connected.

08

AI assistance inside the CRM

Reduce repeated reading and drafting.

  • Scope conversation summaries, note extraction, draft responses and knowledge retrieval.
  • Suggest next actions from available records with clear review and permission rules.
What you receive

AI-assisted screens, source references where useful and an evaluation set.

Scope & requirements
Generated suggestions can be wrong. Final commitments and sensitive decisions remain subject to the agreed human review.

09

Roles, access and change history

Make responsibility visible.

  • Define roles, permitted records and actions for the agreed teams.
  • Implement the selected authentication, validation and audit-history requirements.
What you receive

A permission matrix, access tests and administrative guidance.

Scope & requirements
The architecture and security controls require project-specific review; no unverified certification or absolute security guarantee is claimed.

10

Data import, cleanup and migration

Move information with a reconciliation plan.

  • Map authorised source files, identify duplicates and agree conversion rules.
  • Rehearse imports, reconcile record counts and prepare rollback or recovery steps.
What you receive

Import mappings, exception lists and migration/reconciliation records.

Scope & requirements
Migration starts from approved copies and scope. Destructive changes to live records require a separately approved release plan.

11

Dashboards, reports and exports

See the numbers behind the next decision.

  • Build the agreed pipeline, workload, response-time or revenue views from available fields.
  • Document definitions, filters, source timing and export formats.
What you receive

Dashboards, data definitions and agreed CSV or other exports.

Scope & requirements
A dashboard can only report the data and attribution the connected systems support. No historic data or business result is fabricated.

12

Testing, release and maintenance

Prepare for everyday use.

  • Test the core journeys, access rules, integrations, backup and recovery requirements.
  • Prepare user guidance, training materials and an agreed deployment and handover plan.
What you receive

A reviewable build, acceptance checklist, operating guide and release plan.

Scope & requirements
Hosting, monitoring, support windows, maintenance and source-code ownership/delivery are written into the agreement.

Make the workflow concrete.

These scenarios explain a possible scope. They are illustrations, not client cases, deployed features or performance results.

Illustrative scenario

Sales team

A website enquiry becomes a lead, receives an owner, moves through agreed stages and creates follow-up tasks.

Ownership & review

A sales owner checks qualification and approves the proposal.

Illustrative scenario

Service company

A won deal creates an onboarding workflow, assigns required materials and tracks delivery milestones.

Ownership & review

The delivery team approves handover and handles exceptions.

Illustrative scenario

Growing business

Contact records from approved tools are mapped into one customer model with a documented sync direction.

Ownership & review

Conflicts and duplicates follow reviewed rules rather than silent overwrites.

From a useful brief
to reviewed work.

AI helps with research, production and testing. The scope defines your approvals, permitted access and the criteria used to review delivery.

  1. 01

    Map the work

Agree teams, records, stages, roles, reporting needs and the source of each field.

  2. 02

    Prototype the system

Review screens and workflows using fictional data before building the agreed modules with AI.

  3. 03

    Test and rehearse

Check access, imports, calculations, integrations and recovery against acceptance scenarios.

  4. 04

    Release and hand over

Approve deployment and migration, provide operating guidance and agree support responsibilities.

Review the work.
Understand the evidence.

A polished interface is one part of delivery. The agreed checks cover data, access, actions and what happens when a dependency fails.

What the handover or report should show

Agreed requirements · implemented workflows · input and output examples · integration and permission checks · known limitations · operating responsibilities · documentation and the next review. The proposal states what is tested and what remains dependent on access or third-party behaviour.

A practical starting point

What we need
from your company.

Start with your business task and the information you are entitled to share. Access is requested only when the agreed implementation needs it.

  1. 01

An explanation of how leads, customers and service requests move through your company.

  2. 02

A module wishlist, user roles, example reports and your current tools.

  3. 03

Approved sample data with sensitive information removed where possible.

  4. 04

Record volumes, integration owners, a project approver and any migration deadline.

Before you start

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

A service is scoped around a company process, supported tools and a reviewable result.

Do we need a custom CRM or an existing CRM product?

Discovery compares your process with the capabilities and costs of an existing product. Configuration, an integration or a smaller custom module may be sufficient. A new custom CRM is proposed when the requirements justify building and maintaining it.

Can you adapt the system to our sales process?

We can scope customer records, pipelines, owners, tasks, approvals and reporting around your agreed process. The specification defines modules, rules, user roles and what is outside the first release.

Can we connect our website and chatbots?

Yes, through agreed forms, APIs or webhooks with authorised access. The integration specifies what may be read or written, who owns each field, how duplicate events are handled and what happens when a system is unavailable.

Will the CRM include AI features?

AI can assist with summaries, drafting, information extraction, retrieval and suggested next actions. Each feature needs appropriate data, evaluation and permissions. It does not create unlimited accuracy or replace accountability for customer commitments.

Can you transfer our existing customer database?

Migration can be included after reviewing authorised sources, volumes, field mapping, duplicates and retention requirements. We prepare a rehearsal and reconciliation before any approved live migration. Importing a file without checks is not the migration plan.

Who will own and operate the system?

The agreement identifies source-code and configuration delivery, licences, hosting accounts, administrative access, documentation and support ownership. We confirm these arrangements before implementation rather than assuming every dependency is included forever.

Can it replace accounting, stock control and every other tool?

Those are separate business functions with their own rules. They can be assessed as modules or integrations, but a CRM proposal does not automatically include an ERP, accounting system, payroll or every existing workflow.

How are the cost and timeline calculated?

The USD quote follows the modules, roles, screens, integrations, data volume, migration risk and acceptance checks. A phased release may be useful. Live dates depend on approved scope, access, data readiness and review; no deadline is invented on this page.

should work better.

Describe the workflow and the people it should help. We use that context to define a useful first scope and a USD quote.
