Email marketing and lifecycle automation / Work performed with AI

For companies / Project scope agreed together

Email marketing. A useful next step.

Email marketing services for companies that want a clear, consistent conversation with their subscribers and customers. AI helps us research the journey, write and design messages, configure supported automations and review performance. Your approved offers, audience permissions and sending rules guide the work.

Work performed with AI. Facts, creative decisions and any live activation follow the agreed review and approval process.

Build the relationship beyond the first visit.

Email marketing connects a customer action to a relevant message: a welcome after subscribing, help with an unfinished purchase or useful follow-up after delivery. We scope the programme around your business model, existing list and available events. This service includes defined production and configuration work; it does not assume that a large list or more frequent sending will produce sales.

01

Start with the journey

Choose the moments where a message can help the customer.

02

Create with AI

Prepare copy, layouts, segments and workflow logic for review.

03

Measure useful actions

Report delivery, clicks, unsubscribes and attributable outcomes with their limits.

AI-assisted work / Clear responsibilities

What AI handles.
What your team approves.

The deliverables are scoped around your business. AI prepares and checks the work; named owners review facts, decisions and any live activation.

Production and evidence

The work of AI

  • Research lifecycle gaps from the approved data and turn findings into flow specifications.
  • Draft messages, design reusable layouts and prepare audience rules and integration code.
  • Run repeatable checks, compare exports and summarise campaign performance with evidence links.
Business decisions and release

Your approval and ownership

  • Your team confirms the audience, permission basis, product facts, brand voice and commercial offers.
  • Account connections, live flow activation, sending volume and scheduling follow the agreed approval rules.
  • A named owner handles exceptional replies, complaints and business decisions outside the defined automation.

10 service areas / Agree the work you need

What we can
do for your business.

Choose a focused first workflow or a connected implementation. Quantities, access, integrations, responsibilities and acceptance checks belong in the proposal.

01

Email and lifecycle audit

Understand what is already running and where the journey breaks.

  • Review the agreed campaigns, forms, audience sources and existing flow diagrams.
  • Inspect available delivery and engagement data, separating missing evidence from confirmed issues.
What you receive

An audit, event inventory and prioritised first programme.

Scope & requirements
Historical account access is needed for account-level findings; a public review has a smaller scope.

02

Lifecycle strategy and flow mapping

Give each automated message a purpose.

  • Map subscription, onboarding, purchase and repeat-customer moments to customer needs.
  • Define triggers, exclusions, delays, exit conditions and who approves each offer.
What you receive

A lifecycle map and an implementation-ready flow specification.

Scope & requirements
The first release covers named flows; every possible customer branch is not included by default.

03

Segmentation and audience preparation

Make the intended recipient explicit.

  • Define segments from approved subscription, preference and purchase fields.
  • Prepare field mapping, duplicate handling and suppression checks against agreed examples.
What you receive

A segment dictionary and a reviewed audience-preparation plan.

Scope & requirements
Use the client’s authorised audience; purchasing contact lists or unsolicited bulk outreach is outside this programme.

04

Reusable branded email templates

Keep messages readable and recognisably yours.

  • Design mobile-friendly layouts, headings, buttons, image alternatives and fallback content.
  • Prepare templates in the selected platform or a supported editable HTML format.
What you receive

An agreed template set, reusable modules and editing guidance.

Scope & requirements
Exact rendering varies by email client; the proposal names the clients and formats checked.

05

AI-assisted email copy and editorial production

Connect the message to a clear customer action.

  • Draft subject lines, preview text, message bodies and calls to action using approved facts.
  • Prepare review versions for tone, product details, offers and required exclusions.
What you receive

Editable campaign copy with source notes and review history.

Scope & requirements
The client confirms factual claims, prices and offer terms before a message is scheduled.

06

Welcome, onboarding and recovery flows

Turn an agreed trigger into a tested sequence.

  • Configure the selected welcome, onboarding, abandoned-checkout or post-purchase flow.
  • Test the event payload, delays, exits and suppression rules with synthetic records.
What you receive

A documented sequence and evidence from the agreed test cases.

Scope & requirements
A recovery flow requires reliable commerce events and appropriate contact permissions; recovery revenue is not guaranteed.

07

Newsletter and campaign production

Support a repeatable publishing rhythm.

  • Prepare the agreed newsletter batch, creative variants, links and targeting notes.
  • Maintain a content calendar with named approvals, scheduling dates and version ownership.
What you receive

Campaign-ready drafts and a controlled scheduling checklist.

Scope & requirements
The monthly message count, languages and publishing responsibility are written into scope.

08

Store, CRM and event integration

Base automation on data you can explain.

  • Map supported form, store and CRM events to the platform’s contact and event model.
  • Check sync direction, identity fields, retries and exclusions when records change.
What you receive

An integration map and tested event-to-message logic.

Scope & requirements
Supported APIs and client access determine feasibility; a CRM rebuild is a separate service.

09

Pre-send checks and experiments

Review the details before a message reaches subscribers.

  • Check links, personalisation fallbacks, mobile layout and the selected audience conditions.
  • Define a useful subject, content or timing experiment with an agreed outcome and sample plan.
What you receive

A pre-send record, test variants and an experiment brief.

Scope & requirements
Open tracking can be incomplete; limited volume may prevent a reliable comparison.

10

Reporting and ongoing improvement

Distinguish completed work from observed response.

  • Review sends, deliveries, clicks, unsubscribes and available order or lead attribution.
  • Document what changed, what remains uncertain and the next prioritised flow or content update.
What you receive

A dated report, change log and next-action backlog.

Scope & requirements
Attribution follows the agreed platform definition and is not presented as proof of incremental revenue.

Make the workflow concrete.

These scenarios explain a possible scope. They are illustrations, not client cases, deployed features or performance results.

Illustrative scenario

An online store

A subscriber receives a welcome sequence; a supported checkout event can enter a separately approved recovery flow.

Ownership & review

The store owner approves the incentive and verifies suppression after a completed purchase.

Illustrative scenario

A B2B service company

An enquiry receives a useful introduction and relevant follow-up materials based on the chosen service.

Ownership & review

Sales owns personal replies and decides when a lead should leave the automated sequence.

Illustrative scenario

A subscription business

Onboarding messages explain the next product step and route support questions to the right team.

Ownership & review

Product owners approve the instructions and the events used to evaluate activation.

The scope depends on list structure, platform, flow count, integrations, templates, languages and recurring production. Sending infrastructure and a full deliverability remediation project are separately scoped when needed. The proposal separates the ACCEL service fee in USD from platform subscriptions, usage, media spend and other third-party costs. Deliverable quantities, revision rounds, responsibilities and operating windows are agreed before work begins.

From a useful brief
to reviewed work.

AI helps with research, production and testing. The scope defines your approvals, permitted access and the criteria used to review delivery.

  1. 01

    Map the journey

Agree audience sources, events, platforms, messages and success definitions.

  2. 02

    Create with AI

Prepare copy, templates and automation logic using your approved source material.

  3. 03

    Test and approve

Review synthetic events, audience rules, rendering and the exact sending configuration.

  4. 04

    Measure and improve

Track the agreed outcomes and prioritise the next content or workflow update.

Measure the response.
Keep the definitions clear.

Message delivery, clicks, unsubscribes and customer actions answer different questions.

What the handover or report should show

Approved flows and campaign versions · pre-send test record · delivery and click definitions · available attributed outcomes · exclusions and limitations · next priorities. Open tracking and platform attribution are interpreted with their known gaps.

A practical starting point

Start with your business task and the information you are entitled to share. Access is requested only when the agreed implementation needs it.

  1. 01

Your brand guidance, public site, approved offers and examples of useful customer messages.

  2. 02

The sending platform, list sources, subscription preferences and current flow configuration.

  3. 03

Available store or CRM events and the people responsible for data and sending approval.

  4. 04

Target markets, languages, expected message volume and the business actions to measure.

Before you start

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

A service is scoped around a company process, supported tools and a reviewable result.

What is included in AI-assisted email marketing?

The agreed scope can cover strategy, copy, templates, segmentation, automation setup, testing and reporting. We identify the exact flows and campaign quantities in the proposal, rather than treating every lifecycle request as included.

Does AI write and send everything automatically?

AI helps prepare and check the work. The client approves business facts, recipients and activation rules. Live sending is performed only through the authorised platform within those rules; this local page sends nothing.

Which platforms can you work with?

We can scope supported work in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot. The required account plan, API access, event model and template support are confirmed before promising a particular integration.

Can you build abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows?

Yes, when the store provides the required events and audience permissions. We define entry, exit and suppression conditions, then test them with synthetic records before any approved activation.

Do you supply contact lists?

This service works with an authorised client audience and agreed collection sources. Purchased lists and unsolicited bulk campaigns are not part of the lifecycle programme. We can improve suitable subscription forms and preference capture.

Can you guarantee inbox placement or sales?

No. Recipient systems, list quality, sender history and customer decisions affect results. We deliver the agreed production, configuration and checks, then report available evidence with clear definitions and limitations.

How is success measured?

We agree the useful customer actions and available data first. Delivery, clicks, unsubscribes and attributed conversions are reported separately. Opens and platform attribution are interpreted with their measurement limitations.

How are price and recurring work defined?

We quote in USD for the named account, flow count, template batch, languages and review allowance. Ongoing campaigns and maintenance have a stated quota. Sending, platform and other usage costs are listed separately.

Platform references.

Primary references used for the service boundaries. Integration availability and policy are checked again for the agreed implementation.
