Generative engine optimisation / Work performed with AI

For companies / Project scope agreed together

Make your expertise easier to find in AI search.

GEO services for companies that want clear, factual information to be discoverable in AI-powered search and answer engines. We use AI to research customer questions, improve source pages and measure observed mentions and citations alongside established SEO work.

AI supports the research and implementation. Observed answers are measured; recommendations and citations are not guaranteed.

Be a useful source. Measure what happens.

Generative engine optimisation prepares the sources an answer engine may find and cite. It combines technical access, consistent business facts, useful content and repeatable measurement. GEO does not give ACCEL control over ChatGPT, Google AI features, Perplexity, Copilot or another system’s answer.

01

Understand the questions

Define the audience, language, market and questions worth observing.

02

Improve the sources

Publish clear, well-supported facts in pages people and crawlers can actually read.

03

Measure real observations

Record dated answers, cited URLs, factual accuracy and referrals where data is available.

12 service areas / Agree the work you need

What we can
research and improve.

Choose a focused first workflow or a connected implementation. Quantities, access, integrations, responsibilities and acceptance checks belong in the proposal.

01

AI-search and source baseline

Find out what is currently observable.

  • Define an agreed sample of branded, service, comparison and problem-solving questions.
  • Record the platform, search mode, language, market, date, answer and cited sources.
What you receive

A dated baseline with evidence and known measurement limits.

Scope & requirements
Results vary by time, product, location, account state and query. A sample is not the whole market.

02

Question research and intent mapping

Choose useful questions instead of endless keyword variations.

  • Group real customer questions, support themes and available search data by intent.
  • Assign one primary source page to each priority topic and identify supporting pages.
What you receive

A question-to-page map and prioritised content plan.

Scope & requirements
Demand figures are used only when sourced. We do not invent search volumes or create a page for every phrasing.

03

Technical discovery and readable HTML

Make important information accessible as a source.

  • Inspect the agreed URLs for status codes, rendering, canonical signals, crawlable links and indexing directives.
  • Prepare fixes for missing content, conflicting signals and inaccessible supporting resources.
What you receive

An evidence-based technical backlog and tested changes when implementation is included.

Scope & requirements
Access to CMS, hosting and deployment is needed for implementation; an audit alone does not change live infrastructure.

04

Search-crawler and access review

Check the policy that actually reaches your pages.

  • Review search-crawler access, robots rules and available CDN/origin evidence.
  • Distinguish search discovery from model-training permissions and identify challenges or blocks.
What you receive

An access matrix and proposed configuration checks with an approval path.

Scope & requirements
Changing access policy requires authorisation. A request with a crawler name in its User-Agent is not proof of a genuine bot.

05

Brand, services and fact consistency

Give systems one coherent set of facts.

  • Compare business names, service descriptions, prices, units, contacts and approved public profiles.
  • Create a fact register with sources, owners, dates and the pages that depend on it.
What you receive

An entity/fact register and a prioritised correction list.

Scope & requirements
Legal, security, certification and performance statements require current evidence; missing facts are not invented.

06

Answer-focused service and reference pages

Explain the thing the customer is actually asking about.

  • Improve definitions, service scope, process, costs, limitations and practical examples.
  • Add descriptive headings, relevant internal links and a clear next step without hiding the main answer.
What you receive

Reviewed content briefs, drafts or implemented page updates.

Scope & requirements
The proposal counts pages, languages and reviews. There is no special word count or secret text format that guarantees a citation.

07

Evidence, methodology and expertise

Help a reader verify an important claim.

  • Organise primary sources, methods, original data and authorised case material.
  • Identify an accountable team or real expert and a correction/update route.
What you receive

Source notes, methodology content and a review schedule.

Scope & requirements
Client names, results and testimonials require permission and evidence. We do not create fake expertise or independent endorsements.

08

Structured data and page meaning

Make visible facts internally consistent.

  • Implement relevant Organization, Service, Breadcrumb or other supported schema where appropriate.
  • Check identifiers, dates, URLs, units and alignment with the visible page.
What you receive

Validated markup and a record of the fields and facts it describes.

Scope & requirements
Schema must reflect real content. It is not a separate submission channel that guarantees an AI recommendation.

09

Internal links and topic architecture

Connect a useful answer to its supporting detail.

  • Connect service hubs, methods, FAQs, comparisons and relevant source pages.
  • Review overlapping intent, weak duplicates, missing routes and misleading anchor text.
What you receive

A link map and approved content/URL changes.

Scope & requirements
Existing URLs are not removed or merged without a migration decision based on the available evidence.

10

International and multilingual sources

Keep language and market assumptions explicit.

  • Scope supported languages, local terminology and equivalent service facts.
  • Review real translated URLs, metadata and reciprocal language signals where applicable.
What you receive

A language/market content plan and tested published-language relationships.

Scope & requirements
Translations, local review and country-specific research are separate scope items; a global business does not need invented local offices.

11

Citation, accuracy and referral reporting

Report what an observation actually proves.

  • Repeat the agreed question set and record mentions, linked citations and factual accuracy.
  • Inspect available AI-referral traffic and supported business attribution separately from answer observations.
What you receive

A reproducible report with dates, sources, definitions and comparison limits.

Scope & requirements
A mention is not necessarily a citation; a citation is not a lead or sale. Available platform reports do not expose every answer or interaction.

12

Source freshness and ongoing improvement

Keep facts useful after the first pass.

  • Review changed services, outdated sources, broken links and new customer questions.
  • Prioritise corrections and repeat the agreed observations after an appropriate comparison window.
What you receive

An update backlog, evidence log and optional monitoring schedule.

Scope & requirements
No continuous monitoring, indexing deadline, ranking or citation share is implied unless a measurable scope is agreed.

Make the workflow concrete.

These scenarios explain a possible scope. They are illustrations, not client cases, deployed features or performance results.

Illustrative scenario

A professional service company

A question about the service should lead to a page explaining scope, evidence, limitations and how to start.

Ownership & review

We improve that source and observe whether a selected answer engine cites it.

Illustrative scenario

A software or product business

A comparison question needs current features, conditions, pricing units and a reproducible method.

Ownership & review

We prepare a sourced comparison rather than a self-awarded ranking.

Illustrative scenario

An international company

Equivalent facts and useful answers are needed in each genuinely supported language and market.

Ownership & review

We define a separate observation set; one English result does not stand in for every country.

We quote the agreed work in USD. Question sets, source pages, languages, technical implementation and measurement frequency are separate units. Paid research tools, model/API usage and specialist review are stated where required. Publication, paid placements and new access grants need their own approval; no citation, ranking or sales outcome is guaranteed.

From a useful brief
to reviewed work.

AI helps with research, production and testing. The scope defines your approvals, permitted access and the criteria used to review delivery.

  1. 01

    Observe and define

Agree the audience, languages, question set, source pages and baseline conditions.

  2. 02

    Improve with AI

Research, draft and implement the agreed content, fact and technical changes using AI with review.

  3. 03

    Approve and publish

Check visible content, sources, links and markup; publish only through the approved release process.

  4. 04

    Repeat and interpret

Observe answers under documented conditions and report citations, accuracy, referrals and limitations.

A mention is not the whole result.

Mentions, linked citations, factual accuracy and referred business actions require separate definitions and sources.

What the handover or report should show

Question set and observation conditions · dated answers and cited URLs · source changes · factual accuracy · available referrals · limitations and next priorities. Citation rate uses the agreed relevant question set as its denominator. It does not represent every answer produced by an AI platform.

A practical starting point

What we need
from your company.

Start with your business task and the information you are entitled to share. Access is requested only when the agreed implementation needs it.

  1. 01

Your website, priority services, target countries, languages and real customer questions.

  2. 02

Approved company facts, service terms and primary sources for important claims.

  3. 03

Available search/analytics data and the accounts authorised for implementation or measurement.

  4. 04

A fact owner, publishing approver and an agreed set of outcomes to observe.

Before you start

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

Useful sources, readable pages and documented observations form the basis of the work.

What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?

GEO focuses on the factual sources, mentions and citations observable in AI-powered answers. SEO focuses on discovery, indexing and organic search performance. They share technical and content foundations but need distinct measurement. We connect the work rather than treating GEO as a replacement for SEO.

Can you guarantee that ChatGPT or another AI will recommend us?

No. An answer engine controls its retrieval, ranking and final response. We can deliver the agreed source improvements, technical checks and observation reports, but cannot guarantee inclusion, wording, position or a citation.

Is this work performed with AI?

Yes. AI assists question research, content preparation, fact comparison, technical changes and analysis. ACCEL checks the work and your fact owner approves material claims and the agreed live changes.

Which AI platforms can be included?

The observation plan may include available search experiences such as ChatGPT Search, Google AI features, Perplexity or Copilot. Coverage depends on access, supported region, product mode and permitted measurement methods; the exact set is agreed before work starts.

Do we need a special AI file or a different website?

There is no universal special file or markup that guarantees AI visibility. We first check readable pages, discovery, factual consistency, evidence and supported structured data. Any experimental format is treated as an experiment rather than a substitute for those foundations.

Will you publish hundreds of AI-written pages or buy mentions?

No volume is assumed. The content plan follows distinct customer questions and useful source material. This service does not include fabricated reviews, fake authors, hidden text for bots or purchased endorsements presented as independent evidence.

How do you measure progress?

We record the question, platform, mode, date, market, language, observed answer and cited URLs. Mentions, linked citations and factual accuracy are assessed separately. Referral sessions and business actions use their own available sources; repeated observations do not by themselves prove causality.

What does the price include?

The USD proposal defines questions, pages, languages, implementation allowance, review rounds, reporting period and tools. Access dependencies and external costs are explicit. Existing SEO work can provide a foundation, so discovery identifies the extra GEO work rather than charging twice for an assumed duplicate task.

Platform references.

Primary references used for the service boundaries. Integration availability and policy are checked again for the agreed implementation.
