This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how ACCEL handle your personal information. For the purposes of data protection law, ACCEL will be the controller of your personal data.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. This Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By visiting or using our website and Services, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Any personal information we receive will only be used to fulfill your order or provide our Services. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.Purpose Identification: Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which the information is being collected.
Use Limitations: We will collect and use personal information solely to fulfill those specified purposes or for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain your consent or are required by law to do otherwise.
Retention: We will retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes.
Lawful and Fair Collection: We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with your knowledge or consent.
Data Relevance: Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Security Safeguards: We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Transparency: We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
2. Payment Information
Website Payments: ACCEL sends you to Ziina hosted checkout to pay in USD over HTTPS. Card details entered there are handled by Ziina and its payment processors under their privacy practices. The ACCEL order form does not ask for your card number or card security code.Order and Payment Records: For website orders, ACCEL stores your name, email, optional phone number, promotion link, comments, selected service and package, USD amount, order and payment references, timestamps and payment/notification status. Limited technical records help prevent abuse and repeated payments. The website order system records payment references and status rather than the card fields entered at Ziina checkout. Ziina may make limited transaction and card information available to ACCEL in its business dashboard under Ziina’s privacy policy.
3. Use of Information
We use your personal information to:Provide, analyze, administer, enhance, and personalize our Services and marketing efforts.
Process your registration, orders, and payments.
Communicate with you on these and other topics.
Prevent, detect, and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including fraud, and to enforce our Terms.
Analyze and understand our audience, improve our Service (including user interface experiences).
4. Optional Google Analytics 4
Purpose: When enabled with your permission, optional Google Analytics 4 helps ACCEL measure website visits and performance, confirmed enquiry submissions, checkout starts, confirmed purchases and refunds.Choice: Analytics is blocked until you select ACCEPT in the analytics notice. Select REJECT to continue without analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending a request. You can review or withdraw your analytics choice through Analytics preferences.
Analytics data: When enabled, analytics uses page and traffic-source information, device/browser information, cookie identifiers and approved events. Checkout and purchase events use the service ID and total USD amount; confirmed purchases also use a separate one-way transaction identifier. Duplicate-event markers are stored locally for up to 180 days. Order access keys are excluded. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents and promotion links entered in our forms are excluded from analytics event parameters. Performance events include loading, responsiveness and visual-stability measurements (LCP, INP and CLS), a per-measurement identifier and revision, page template, build identifier and navigation type.
If refund analytics is enabled, to connect a refund to its original purchase, ACCEL may retain the original Google Analytics client identifier with a limited order reference and your consent status. This context is used only for analytics. We schedule its removal from active storage at 60 days; normal backup retention is included within a maximum 90-day period. Declining or a recorded withdrawal blocks future transmissions and removes the active analytics identifier. An offline browser cannot immediately notify the server, and requests already sent or in flight cannot be recalled. We do not include your contact details, promotion link, order access key, or original payment-provider identifiers in analytics events. Refund reports use the original hashed transaction reference and the exact refunded USD value. Order and financial records follow their separate service retention rules.
Choice storage: We save your analytics choice, its version and the time of your choice in your browser. The saved choice is valid for up to 180 days. A new choice is requested when that record expires, is unavailable or no longer matches the current version.
Provider: Analytics data, when collection is enabled, is sent to Google for processing. See Google's data safeguards and Google's Privacy Policy. This analytics choice does not authorise personalised advertising or remarketing.
