Before you begin
The selected plan’s unit definition and every listed volume and complexity cap apply together. An estimate is subject to input validation. If a source cannot be counted reliably, feasibility review comes before a fixed quote.
We explain the missing or incompatible inputs. Timing starts only when the required inputs and payment are confirmed; approval and access waits pause the clock.
One-time sample fee and sample scope are plan-specific and credited once within 30 days toward the same level/subtype/package. Monthly setup includes its own sample. A switch of level requires a fresh scope/quote; no silent cross-level sample credit.
One consolidated revision round per one-time order or included subscription batch, requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Corrections of our nonconformity are free and do not consume volume. New facts, assets, concepts, languages, sources or scope require an approved change order.
Monthly plans use calendar-month billing cycles from explicit subscription activation. Where a plan has a setup fee, setup is a separately paid one-time order including a sample. AI Bookkeeping instead includes onboarding and its sample at no additional charge: skip setup/sample checkout. The client approves the sample before explicitly activating recurring payment. Setup must not silently create a subscription. Display the first renewal date. Cancel renewal from the dashboard before that date; already paid work remains available through the period. Unused quota does not roll over. No unapproved overage charges.
AI assists processing and automated validation. Your sample approval is required. The selected level describes any included scoped human review; no unassigned professional review is promised.
This review version does not transmit private files or connect your services. An active retention policy, approved storage and processing providers must be confirmed before a production upload. Never provide passwords, OTPs, private keys or banking credentials.
