SMM / Work performed with AI

Strategy, content & managed social

Social media marketing, powered by AI.

AI-powered social media marketing: strategy, original content, short videos, approved publishing and clear reporting. A repeatable process built around your audience and business.

AI does the research and production. ACCEL checks the work. You approve the agreed live changes.

Built around your business

Consistent content. A clear reason to engage.

We turn your business knowledge, offers and brand materials into a planned stream of content. AI researches, writes, designs, edits and helps analyse performance. You approve the voice and campaigns; connected publishing is enabled only when the required accounts and permissions are ready.

01

Plan the message

Audience, positioning, content pillars and a calendar.

02

Create with AI

Copy, carousels, branded visuals and short-form video.

03

Publish & improve

Approval, supported scheduling and reporting tied to agreed goals.

15 service areas / Choose the work you need

More than a posting schedule.

Each service below can be scoped separately or combined. Your proposal sets quantities, access, review rounds and implementation responsibilities.

01

Social account & competitor audit

Know where your brand is starting.

  • Review public profiles, positioning, recurring themes and content consistency.
  • Inspect your supplied account insights and compare a selected set of competitors.
  • Identify audience questions, gaps and content opportunities.
What you receive

An account audit, baseline and prioritised action plan.

Access & scope

Competitor private metrics and exact reach are not available unless the platform provides them.

02

Audience, positioning & content strategy

Give every post a job.

  • Define who the brand is speaking to and the decisions content should support.
  • Create content pillars, recurring series, format mix and channel roles.
  • Plan an organic campaign around a real offer or business objective.
What you receive

A strategy document, audience assumptions and a channel/content matrix.

Access & scope

Research hypotheses are labelled; customer evidence and business facts come from you or cited sources.

03

Brand voice & profile setup

Sound and look like one business.

  • Prepare a voice guide, language examples and a reusable visual direction.
  • Draft bios, profile descriptions, pinned-post ideas and link-in-bio content.
  • Check consistency of naming, contact details and approved offers.
What you receive

A voice guide, profile copy and a small set of reusable templates.

Access & scope

Logo redesign, full identity work and profile verification are separate scopes.

04

Content calendars & campaign planning

Know what will appear and why.

  • Plan topics, hooks, formats, calls to action and proposed publishing dates.
  • Align content with launches, seasonal events and your approved business priorities.
  • Build an approval calendar and asset checklist.
What you receive

An editable monthly calendar with copy/asset status and channel adaptations.

Access & scope

Dates depend on approvals and available materials; a calendar is not a promise of reach.

05

Captions, posts & copywriting

Turn facts into readable content.

  • Write platform-specific captions, headlines, hooks and calls to action using AI.
  • Prepare LinkedIn posts, educational series, product explanations and story text.
  • Edit for tone, clarity and factual support.
What you receive

Editable copy with agreed variants, captions and keyword/hashtag suggestions.

Access & scope

No invented testimonials, customer results, qualifications or product claims.

06

Branded visuals & carousels

Make your message easy to understand.

  • Create layouts, infographics, static posts, covers and carousel storylines.
  • Adapt approved product photos and AI-generated imagery to brand rules.
  • Export the agreed dimensions and formats with readable text.
What you receive

Approved image assets, carousel files and an asset register.

Access & scope

Asset count, slides, aspect ratios and revisions are scoped; source files and licences are agreed.

07

Reels, Shorts & short-form videos

Give useful ideas a moving format.

  • Write scripts and storyboards; edit supplied clips or create agreed AI visuals.
  • Prepare titles, subtitles, voice-over and format-specific versions.
  • Review brand accuracy, pacing and accessibility before export.
What you receive

A defined number of finished short videos, cover images and captions.

Access & scope

Duration, AI credits, music rights and regeneration allowance are fixed. Real filming and creator appearances are separately arranged.

08

Repurposing & content libraries

Get more use from work you already own.

  • Turn approved articles, webinars and product notes into posts and short clips.
  • Adapt one core idea to each selected channel instead of posting identical copy everywhere.
  • Organise reusable assets and evergreen topics.
What you receive

A repurposing map, channel variants and a searchable delivery folder.

Access & scope

You confirm rights to source material; a channel adaptation is not counted as a new original concept unless agreed.

09

Localisation & bilingual content

Make the voice fit the audience.

  • Adapt copy for the agreed market, culture and platform.
  • Prepare English/Arabic or other language versions using AI with a review step.
  • Check names, product terms, layouts and right-to-left presentation where needed.
What you receive

Language variants and a terminology/approval checklist.

Access & scope

A qualified language reviewer is needed for final sensitive or native-quality copy; languages add to scope.

10

Scheduling & approved publishing

Move from a folder to a dependable routine.

  • Prepare an approved posting queue for supported account types and formats.
  • Check links, crops, captions and timing before scheduling.
  • Record successful posts and flag failed or unsupported publishing steps.
What you receive

A publishing calendar and post log, or ready-to-upload files if access is not connected.

Access & scope

Requires owner-authorised connections. Platform/API restrictions may require a manual final step.

11

Community response drafts & moderation

Keep conversations helpful.

  • Organise repeated questions and prepare brand-approved response templates.
  • Draft replies to comments and messages where access is authorised.
  • Classify sales enquiries, complaints and sensitive cases for the appropriate person.
What you receive

A response library, escalation rules and a scoped moderation log.

Access & scope

Channels, working windows and reply limits are agreed. No unattended crisis handling or open-ended 24/7 commitment.

12

Content listening & opportunity research

Learn from the conversation.

  • Review authorised mentions, public topics and customer questions.
  • Identify useful themes and selected competitor patterns.
  • Suggest content experiments and maintain a dated research register.
What you receive

A listening digest, evidence links and a content-opportunity backlog.

Access & scope

Coverage depends on accessible platform data and tools; private groups and hidden messages are not monitored.

13

Launches & organic campaigns

Connect posts to a specific action.

  • Build a sequence for a launch, seasonal offer, event or product education theme.
  • Create a consistent set of messages and channel-specific assets.
  • Plan landing-page handoff and agreed link tagging.
What you receive

A campaign pack, delivery calendar and measurement plan.

Access & scope

Landing-page development, promotions with special rules and external partnerships require separate agreement.

14

Paid-social creative & campaign support

Prepare a test you can measure.

  • Develop creative hypotheses, ad copy and visual/video variants.
  • Prepare audience research, landing-page checks and a test plan.
  • Draft performance findings and proposed changes using authorised campaign data.

15

Reporting & continuous improvement

See what helped the business.

  • Summarise delivered assets and approved publishing against the plan.
  • Analyse reach, saves, engagement, video retention and link actions where available.
  • Connect to qualified leads or sales only when tracking supports it; propose the next tests.
What you receive

A monthly report with source dates, metric definitions and next actions.

Access & scope

No invented reach, guaranteed followers or claims that every sale came from social.

Clear inputs / Clear outputs

Choose a working model.

One-off work, a monthly production batch or an approved managed programme. Price follows scope; the final package is agreed before any commitment.

An example first cycle / Timing agreed for your scope

From a brief
to work you can review.

AI performs the repeatable research and production. Evidence checks, access permissions and client approvals stay part of the process.

  1. 01

    Learn the brand

Agree audience, offers, voice, materials, channels and measurable objectives.

  2. 02

    Plan the calendar

AI prepares themes and concepts; approve the calendar before production.

  3. 03

    Create & approve

Review the content batch, make the agreed revisions and approve the queue.

  4. 04

    Publish & learn

Publish through authorised channels, report available data and choose the next experiments.

Measure what matters

Work, attention
and business results.

A content count is not a sales result. We report what we controlled, what the audience did and what business data can support.

01

Work delivered

Original concepts, finished assets, adaptations and posts actually published.

02

Audience response

Relevant reach, saves, comments, retention and profile or link actions.

03

Business contribution

Valid enquiries, sign-ups or sales where an agreed tracking path exists.

Your report includes

Data source and period · baseline and comparison · completed work · blockers and approvals · findings · next priorities. Illustrations on this page are examples, not client performance claims.

A practical starting point

Brand name, audience, goals, approved offers and a named approver.

  2. 02

Logo, brand assets, product facts and footage/photos you have permission to use.

  3. 03

A channel list, preferred languages, content mix and any topics to avoid.

  4. 04

Authorised platform access only when scheduling, analytics or community work is included.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Will AI create and manage the content?

AI performs research, planning, writing, visual production, editing and analysis. ACCEL checks the output and you approve the brand direction and publishing batch. Some platform steps and sensitive conversations need a person.

Does SMM mean selling followers and likes?

This page describes ongoing marketing: strategy, content, publishing and measurement. Existing Shop packages remain separate. Purchased engagement is not counted as an outcome of this managed service.

Which channels can you work with?

We can prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, X and other agreed channels. Direct publishing and reporting depend on supported formats, account type and authorised connections; the proposal confirms coverage.

Will you film at my premises?

AI media and editing supplied footage can be included. On-site filming, actors, influencers, travel and physical production need a separate provider, budget and schedule. We do not label generated people as real customer testimonials.

Can you answer all messages automatically?

We can build response drafts and operate within agreed rules and access. Sales commitments, refunds, complaints, crises and sensitive questions are escalated to your team. Reply windows and quotas are stated in scope.

How are posts and videos counted?

The proposal separates original concepts, assets, slides, story frames, video durations and channel adaptations. For example, one idea adapted for two channels is one original concept plus two adaptations, not two different creative ideas.

Are advertising costs included?

Not unless the written scope says so. Platform media spend is separate. Creative production, campaign setup and campaign management are different deliverables and are priced explicitly. No campaign activates without approval.

Can you guarantee growth or sales?

No. We commit to the agreed work, reporting and iteration. Distribution, competition, your offer and audience behaviour affect results. We measure useful engagement and business actions where data supports them.
